Vantage Automotive is a well-established Registered Training Organisation and a leading provider of consultancy and training services to a range of major clients. 

As a result of significant growth in our Australian operations, we are now seeking to appoint an Automotive Trainer who will be based in Lidcombe, NSW.

The successful applicant will be working full time for a leading prestige automotive manufacturer with responsibility for Apprentice Training to the dealer network. 

Essential Criteria for this role includes:

• Certificate III in light vehicle automotive.
• Sound technical knowledge including electrical.
• The ability to incorporate brand, culture and customer service excellence into training.
• Good presentation, effective communication skills at all levels and the ability to build & maintain stakeholder relationships at the highest levels.
• Adherence to a philosophy of delivering measurable business improvement to clients.
• Strong organisational skills, high level of autonomy and effective time management.
• High level of computer literacy, including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and internet.
